Australian Standard Delivery
- All orders within Australia will be delivered within 10-15 days from date of order
- We do not deliver on bank holidays and weekends – so please be aware of any impending when you order!
- The cost of all deliveries & handling within Australia is FREE for all orders over $150AUD, and $10AUD for all orders under $150AUD
- Shipping will be automatically added at the checkout page
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- A signature is required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
International Delivery
- The cost of shipping & handling for all orders to the United States & the United Kingdom is FREE for all orders over $150AUD, and $25AUD for all orders under $150AUD. Remote international areas sometimes may vary depending on their location.
- Shipping will be automatically be added at the checkout page
- Your order will take approximately 10-15 business days from date of order
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Return & Exchanges
- All items must be in new and unworn condition. Any items which are considered to be “used” will be returned back to you and we will be unable to refund your money.
- Please notify us at vip@joolsbonet.com within 5 days of delivery of the item/s All items must be received back at JOOLS BONET within 14 days from receipt of items to be eligible for a exchange, credit or refund(depending on which is applicable to your order)
- Within this email we will require you to provide all details as to why you are returning the garment.
- Please also print a copy of this email and include this in the delivery with your returned item/s.
- If returning item/s from outside Australia, you must mark on the parcel ‘RETURN OF GOODS’.
- RETURN OF SALE ITEMS: All sale items that have been purchased from our online boutique for 30% or more discount on original retail price, are eligible for an exchange only. Any credit voucher issued from one sale cannot be used against a second sale at checkout
- Where a refund is applicable, we will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 working days.
- We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned merchandise minus any shipping costs.
- If the exchange/return item is due to manufacture fault/ incorrect item received we will refund the cost of the return postage.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Online Boutique.
- IMPORTANT: FREIGHT/DELIVERY NUMBER: (AWB) refers to the Air Way Bill number or equivalent reference number your freight OR delivery company OR post office will issue to you.

- Exchanges
- Please note we can only exchange items for a different size or style, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item, we suggest that you contact vip@joolsbonet.com as soon as possible to check for availability.
- Where an exchange is requested and approved we will send out a new item and no extra shipping charges will be charged.
Faulty Goods
Goods that are faulty: if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the exchange/return item is due to manufacture fault received we will refund the cost of the return postage. Please follow above return instructions for returning faulty goods.
